Indian Army War Hero Veterans of 1971 felicitated by Ajmer Sharif Dargah

Haji Syed Salman Chishty – Gaddi Nashin – Dargah Ajmer Sharif and Chairman – Chishty Foundation – Ajmer Sharif along with a delegation of Khadim youths from Dargah Sharif today honoured Ajmer city based two Indian Army War Hero Veterans of 1971 India Pakistan War where India had won the war with great honour, dignity and respect.

Lt. Colonel Hashim Ali Khan Saheb and Nayab Risaldar/Subedar Noor Mohammed both elder and War veterans are now more than 80 years of age.


Nayab Subedar Noor Mohammed saheb who was a former Government Teacher before becoming the Nayab Subedar in Indian Army and was part of the 1971 India – Pakistan War, He has been awarded Veer Chakar by the then President of India Janab V.V. Giri saheb.

Haji Salman Chishty offered respect to both the veteran War Hero’s of India based in Ajmer city. Presented them with Sufi souvenirs,Certificate of Honour and Dastarbandi from Dargah Ajmer Sharif. Gaddi Nashin Salman Chishty also prayed for their good health and well being of their family members. Chishty Foundation shall ever be ready to support the educational requirements of family members of the Indian Army War Hero’s and Veterans.

Present in the delegation were Syed Farid ul Haq Chishty, Syed Aman Chishty, Syed Faiz Chishty from Ajmer Dargah Sharif Khadim Youths along with Mohammed Ayaz Khan, Mukhtyar Ahmed Khan, Ansar Ahmed Khan, Akram Khan, Munnawar Khan and Imdad Khan from Ajmer City.
