Telangana Governement to develop Basara and five more temples

At a recent even Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha announced that the development work at the Sri Gana Saraswathi temple, Basara will be taken up soon. She said that proposals were being readied for the development of the ancient temple with Rs 125 crore.
Speaking to pressmen, the Parliamentarian of neighboring district informed that proposals were being prepared to improve amenities for the convenience of pilgrims. She added that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao would formally lay foundation to the developmental works, by touring the temple town, soon.
Apart from Basara Temple, she has also promised to take up developmental activities at five more temples in the state. Meanwhile Kavitha has laid foundation to the Sarangapoor Hanuman Mandir works and allocated Rs 50 lakh from her MP funds.
