Dada JP Vaswani left for heavenly abode – (2nd Aug, 1918- 12, July 2018)
Humanitarian and Spiritual Leader Dada JP Vaswani left this world today at 9am. He was 99 years old. From last few days due to weak health he was admitted in ICU. Yesterday night he was bring back to the Pune Ashram.
Dada Vaswani was known for promoting vegetarianism and animal rights and he was a vocal supporter of education and social upliftment of women.
On August 2, 1918, he was born in Hyderabad, Sindh (Pakistan). He has written more than 150 books on every aspects of human life. The spiritual leader spoke at numerous distinguished places including the British House of Commons in London, the Global Forum of Spiritual Leaders in Oxford, the World Parliament of Religions in Chicago, and the Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders at the United Nations in New York. In 1998 U Thant Peace Award, given by the United Nations.
