बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का बकरीद पर आदेश, अपने घर या सोसाइटी में पशु की कुर्बानी नहीं
मुंबई: बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने बकरीद पर किसी भी रिहायशी जगह, फ्लैट या सोसइटी में पशुओं की कुर्बानी पर रोक लगाने का आदेश जारी किया है। बकरीद पर अमूमन बकरियों की कुर्बानी दी जाती है, और ये रिवाज इस्लाम में आस्था से जुड़ी है। बकरीद पर पशुओं की कुर्बानी के मद्देनजर बीएमसी यानि बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम ने केवल 7000 पर्मिट जारी किए थे, जो बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद ही लागू नहीं होंगे।

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद पशु की कुर्बानी BMC की ओर से जारी किए गए पर्मिट के आधार पर निर्धारित जगह पर या फिर लाइसेंस वाली बाजारों में होगी। देश में बकरीद 12 अगस्त को मनाई जाएगी।
