कुम्भ 2019 : कुंभ में आकर्षण का केंद्र बना गऊ ढाबा
प्रयागराज: 28 जनवरी: कुम्भ नगरी में गऊ ढाबा इस समय लोगों के आकर्षण का केंद्र बना हुआ है. गऊ ढाबा मेले में मेले में लोगों को गाय के घी से बना शुद्ध भोजन उपलब्ध करा रहा है.
कहाँ से मिली गऊ ढाबे की प्रेरणा
पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग 58 पर पहला गऊ ढाबा शुरू करने वाले सतीश ने बताया कि उन्हें गऊ ढाबा शुरू करने की प्रेरणा जनेऊ क्रांति के अगुवा चंद्रमोहन जी से मिली. उन्होंने बताया, ‘गुजरात, महाराष्ट्र और ऋषिकेश से लोगों ने गऊ ढाबा की फ्रैंचाइजी लेने में रुचि दिखाई है, लेकिन हम सबसे पहले उन्हीं लोगों को इसकी फ्रैंचाइजी देंगे जो गोशाला का संचालन करते हैं. हमारा उद्देश्य इस ढाबे के जरिए गोरक्षा, गोपालन को बढ़ावा देना है.’

कुम्भ मेले में कहाँ चल रहा है गऊ ढाबा
कुम्भ मेला क्षेत्र के अरैल में गऊ ढाबा चलाया जा रहा है. ढाबा के प्रबंधक अश्वनी ने बताया, ‘मेरठ के पास शुक्रताल में हमारी 1,000 गायों की गोशाला है जहां शुद्ध देसी नस्ल की गायें हैं. इन्हीं गायों के दूध से तैयार घी का उपयोग हम गऊ ढाबा में करते हैं. यह घी परंपरागत ढंग से तैयार किया जाता है.’ उन्होंने बताया कि गऊ ढाबा की सबसे बड़ी विशेषता है एकदम घर जैसा शुद्ध भोजन जिसमें किसी भी तरह की कृत्रिम चीजों का उपयोग नहीं किया जाता है. मुजफ्फरनगर स्थित गऊ ढाबे में छांछ भी परोसा जाता है क्योंकि वहां हमारी गोशाला मौजूद है.

दो तरह की थाली दी जाती है
गऊ ढाबा दो तरह की थाली की पेशकश करता है, जिसमें लोगों को चूल्हे की रोटी, देसी गाय के दूध से बनी खीर, शुद्ध तेल से तैयार सब्जियां, दाल, रायता, सलाद और पापड़ दिया जाता है. एक थाली 300 रुपये और दूसरी थाली 200 रुपये की है. सतीश ने कहा कि गऊ ढाबा, गोशालाओं को स्वावलंबी बनाने में अहम भूमिका निभा सकता है. वहीं दूसरी ओर लोगों को इससे शुद्ध भोजन उपलब्ध हो सकता है.
