“Muslim Countries should learn about Religion tolerance from India” Dalai Lama

Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama in Uttar Pradesh recently said that Muslim countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan and Syria should learn about religion from India so that there is peace in the world.

Speaking to the Media the Buddhist leader has urged the Muslim countries to learn about religion from India to ensure world peace, he praised India’s secular and non-violent traditions.”There are various religions and traditions in India having population of over 1.25 billion. Muslim countries should learn from India. so that there is peace. There is coordination among all the religions here and due to non-violence principle, modern India is developing,” the Dalai Lama told reporters during a brief interaction here, PTI quoted.

When asked about Doklam dispute by the reported the Spiritual leader said that the both the countries should sit and resolve the issue. The slogan of ‘Hindi-Chini bhai bhai’ should be relevant.
