Five Day of Deep Yoga : Yogacharya Arun Kumar Yoga series for IDY2020

This time International Yoga Day is different, Corona has changed our lives. Corona has forced us to stay at home. The benefit is to spend quality time with our families. So even Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi thinks that this time it is not going to be lead a huge crowd in one place. He will lead the entire world. he expects all of us to be at home and Practice Yoga at home with our families. So theme For this year is Yoga at Home, Yoga With Family.



This year PranaShakti India’s program is also focused on the same theme. How you can learn Intricacies of Yoga being at home. And this time too not alone, but with the company of your loving family.

Yogacharya Arun Kumar told about the Five days Programs which is culminating on 21st June 2020 on International Yoga Day.

According to Yogacharya Arun Kumar, first four days of their programs are of learning, understanding, and experiencing the concepts, the basics of yoga. Such as Breath and Pranayama, health Rejuvenation exercise, Yogic Asanas, Surya Namaskara, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. After getting a thorough knowledge of the first four days with proper understanding, on the fifth day that is International Yoga Day they practice all these aspects and thereafter the whole year we have to follow it, practice it.

The First day is based on Breath and Pranayama. As we know there are so many energies such as electric energy, chemical energy, mechanical energy, nuclear energy, solar energy and to all these energies there is basic fundamental energy which is known as Prana.

You can also call it universal energy or cosmic energy. So this Prana is plenty of available everywhere and in everything. But most of the Prana our system requires we get from our breathing. That’s why master in the breath is very important.

According to him for various purposes, prana has been utilised, so there are different techniques to master prana and they are known as pranayamas. He said that there are many pranayamas.

We learn about a few pranayamas, their theory, the science behind it, and how to get optimum benefits out of it. We learn this session on the first day in the morning from 7:00 am to 7:45 am, on June 17th, 2020.

The next day’s session is for Health rejuvenation exercise or Suksham Yogic Vayamas. These are very simple movement exercises starting from head to the toes.

Every part of your body will be exercised in a very gentle way. It is also known as Senior citizen Yoga. This session will be held on June 18th, 2020 in the morning from7:00 am to 7:45

Next Session will be on basic Yogic asanas and Surya namaskar which is held on June 19 2020 in the morning from 7:00 am to 7:45 am. Where Yogacharya Arun Kumar Ji will teach theory, techniques, and how to do it without any mistakes. According to him, you will learn how to turn Yoga in a smart exercise system.

On the 20th of June 2020, you will learn the most important aspects of Yoga that is Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Yoga Nidra or Yogic relaxation is the ultimate relaxation technique that is the mother of hypnosis. According to Guruji, It is the most relaxation technique in the world. He will teach the science behind it, how to utilize it, how to practice it.

Guruji further said that Dhyana is basically dating with your own self. You all are dated with your friends but have you ever dated with your own self. If no, then this is the high time and it will happen through meditation. He said that on the fourth day we will discuss the theory, science behind meditation, and how it helps the mental, intellectual, and physical upliftment. This is all held on 20th June, morning 7:00 am to 7:45 am.

YogaAcahrya Arun Kumar Ji said, Once you learn all the aspects behind yoga we will go for the final day that is International Yoga Day June 21st, 2020 in the evening, considering Solar Eclipse and so many other reasons. So we will practice all these four aspects.
