हिरोशिमा का नाम तो आपने सुना होगा. वही हिरोशिमा जहां एटम बम लिटिल बुद्धा ने कभी ऐसी तबाही मचाई थी कि वहां जीवन का नामोनिशान नहीं बचा था। पर जापान में कुछ ही सालों में इसे हरियाली और आबादी से भर दिया। इसी हिरोशिमा के पास मियाजिमा नाम की एक जगह है जहां मौजूद है एक ऐसा मंदिर जहां बसे है भारतीय देवी देवता, किसी और नाम से। किसी देश में हिंदू मंदिर होना अब बड़ी बात नहीं है। पर किसी देश में बौद्ध मंदिर में भगवान गणेश और देवी सरस्वती हो, और वो भी किसी और नाम से तो बात रोचक हो जाती है। देखिए इस तस्वीर में आपको बीच में भगवान गणेश और दाएं और देवी सरस्वती बैठी दिखेंगे।
जापान के हिरोशिमा इलाके के इस मंदिर की कई खासियते हैं, पहला यहां कई धर्मों को एक साथ जगह दी गई है। जैसे बौद्ध और शिंटो धर्म।
