स्वामी रामदेव लगाएंगे 1 टन खिचड़ी में छौंक, बनेगा गिनीज रिकार्ड : ब्राण्ड इंडिया फूड का खास आयोजन
खिचड़ी को राष्ट्रीय भोजन घोषित करने के साथ ही देश में एक लहर सी पैदा हो गई है। घर-घर में बनने वाली खिचड़ी अचानक खास हो गई। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने भी शुक्रवार को वर्ल्ड फूड फेस्टिवल के दौरान कई घोषणाएं की। इस कार्यक्रम को खास बनाने के लिए 800 किलो खिचड़ी तैयार की जाएगी । ये काम विश्व रिकॉर्ड बनाने के लिए भी उठाया जाएगा। इसे ब्रांड इंडिया फूड के रूप में चुना गया है। इसके लिए योगगुरु स्वामी रामदेव को भी विशेष तौर पर आमंत्रित किया गया है। वो इस खिचड़ी में छौंक लगाएंगे, जो देश-विदेश में खिचड़ी के नए रिकार्ड कायम करेगी। इसकी सूचना एस के तिजारावाला ने अपने ट्विटर एकाउंट पर दी।

800 किलो खिचड़ी तैयार करने के लिए 1000 लीटर क्षमता और सात फीट गहराई की विशाल कड़ाही का प्रबंध किया गया है। इसमें धीमी आंच पर खिचड़ी तैयार की जाएगी। इस ये रिकॉर्ड 4 नवंबर को बनेगा। इस खास मौके पर उपराष्ट्रपति एम वैंकैय्या नायडू एवं खाद्य प्रसंस्करण मंत्री हरसिमरत कौर के सानिध्य में इस विशाल कार्यक्रम से खिचड़ी को “ब्राण्ड इंडिया फूड” की तरह प्रोमोट किया जाएगा
